CUPS
Pineapples are one of nature’s superfoods, housing antioxidants that aid digestion, boost immunity, and suppress inflammation, they are a fantastic source of vitamins and minerals for the skin. Manganese, magnesium, potassium, and vitamin B6 are just a few of a load of vitamins and minerals that exist beneath the pineapple’s rough protective skin.
This smoothie is a concoction of fresh pineapple, a handful of blueberries, some ginger, and a variety of green vegetables. It takes about 5-10 minutes to make and is best enjoyed on an empty stomach. It tastes delightful and is a great alternative or addition to your morning cup of coffee.
Makes approximately 6 cups.
Ingredients
1/3 | Pineapple | Cored, roughly sliced |

Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender, cover with cold water
Be sure to place the top on correctly and turn on the blender, gradually increase the speed to the blender’s highest option.
